Our work together is based on three principles:

• Sex is energy—and in this culture we experience only a tiny fraction of our sexual potential.

• Erotic satisfaction begins with self-esteem

• A supportive circle of women sharing information about sex can be life-changing.

Learn innovative ways to transcend guilt, shame, and “good-girls-don’t” messages; heal sexual wounds of abuse, violence, and addiction; and enjoy sexuality throughout your lifespan. We will create a safe, healing, confidential environment where you can listen to the rhythms of your body, heart, and soul, and call on the guidance of your inner teachers.

Note: Bring with you on Friday evening two objects to place in our sacred circle—one to represent an aspect of your sexual story you want to let go of, the other to represent an aspect you want to keep. Optional: drums, rattles, and other sacred instruments.

Dr. Gina Ogden’s groundbreaking survey on sexuality and spirituality reveals that the core power of sexual connection is its ability to transform our lives—at any age, and with or without a partner. This weekend merges the latest research with women’s stories, sacred ceremony, and shamanic journeying. This is a Workshop for women of all ages and all sexual and spiritual orientations.
